Research Projects
The Soil & More Foundation will conduct and carry out research and development projects in partnership with other entities on all dimensions of the Sustainability Flower in regards to the agriculture and food sector: energy, air, water, soil, plants, animals as well as the socio-economic and cultural spheres of society.
A focus will be on how soil and compost management can stimulate and maintain sustainable farming practices, impacting all dimensions of the Sustainability Flower, especially through the usage of biodynamic preparations.
Furthermore, the main R&D objectives are related to soil fertility, soil emissions, carbon sequestration, emission reduction potential in agriculture, irrigation and water-management and biodiversity as well as the further development of assessment indicators and improvement tools. Also, marketing and communication platforms in line with the dimensions of the Sustainability Flower will be developed.
